Our idea is focused on creating a kit for detecting SARS.CoV.2 spike protein in biological samples (urines, blood et sim) by using a recombinant engineered/modified ACE2 protein.
My team would work on a possible antibody able to target SARS.CoV.2 Spike receptor binding domain, responsible for SARS.CoV.2 host-cell invasion through interactions with the human ACE 2 receptor.
