Quick update from the one person behind this.
When I submitted, r/WordyBunch was a nearly empty subreddit, a daily word grid that hardly anyone was playing yet. It just crossed 100 members.
That's still small and I know it, but zero is where it sat a couple of weeks ago, and it's all people who found a two-minute daily word game living inside a Reddit post and came back for the next one. That daily-return habit was the whole thing I set out to build, so watching real people form it has been the clearest signal I could have hoped for.
I'm proud of how far it's come. More than the number itself, it's given me some hope in the project, that there are people out there who love a game like this as much as I do.
It's still just me making it. If you want to see whether the hook actually works, the day's board is playable in the sub right now and a round takes about two minutes. That's the honest test.
Thanks for taking the time to look.
