Visual Career Mapping Now Live in VetROI™
As of today, VetROI™ includes an interactive career visualization feature powered by React Flow. This new module enables veterans to construct, customize, and visualize their transition journey from military service to civilian careers using an intuitive drag-and-drop interface.
Each career map is exportable to JSON, allowing users to save their progress or share personalized career pathways with mentors, counselors, or prospective employers. While the feature is still in its early stages, we envision expanding it to eventually highlight aggregate transition patterns—revealing common trajectories other veterans have followed across industries, regions, and education paths.
This marks another step forward in making career planning more visual, more personal, and less overwhelming.
