VetClue is getting its first real users.

Lincoln Heights Veterinary Clinic in Spokane, WA is adopting VetClue. That means it stops being a demo and starts being software a team reaches for on a busy Tuesday.

That is the milestone I care about. Not a waitlist, not a signup count. A working clinic putting it in front of actual pet owners.

We are also rebuilding their website around it, so the public site and the tools behind it are one system instead of two things that happen to share a logo. Fast, properly crawlable pages up front, and VetClue doing the work underneath.

Lincoln Heights has cared for pets on Spokane's South Hill since 1970, and they are Fear Free Certified, so the bar for anything that touches their clients was high from day one. I am grateful they trusted a small studio with it.

Real usage is the only feedback worth having. Every guess I made about what a front desk actually needs is about to get tested by people who do this all day, and I am genuinely excited to find out which ones were wrong.

Go say hi to them at lhvetclinic.com.

More as it ships.
