Vekrin update — expanding vehicle support
We’ve been pushing Vekrin’s Garage much further.
Vekrin can now be built around a vehicle as a complete household asset — not just a place to store the registration number.
The Garage is designed to bring together:
• Vehicle identity and specifications • Mileage and important dates • MOT / inspection information • Road tax and insurance • Service and repair history • Costs and maintenance records • Documents, receipts and supporting evidence • Reminders for important vehicle events • A dedicated Vehicle Record for exporting the vehicle history
We’re also expanding the approach beyond the UK, so the vehicle experience can support different countries and their own terminology, registration formats and inspection requirements rather than simply translating the UK experience.
And now: eBay Motors
We’re developing the next part of the vehicle journey around selling.
The idea is simple:
Your Vekrin Garage already contains the information about your vehicle — so why manually enter it all again when creating a listing?
Vekrin can use the vehicle information and supporting evidence already stored in the Garage to help prepare an eBay Motors listing, including vehicle details, mileage, photos, documents and other relevant information.
The user remains in control and can review and edit everything before publishing.
This is part of a bigger direction for Vekrin:
Store your household information once → keep the evidence organised → reuse it when you actually need it.
Vekrin is becoming less of a storage app and more of an evidence and information layer for the home.
