The app's first version is ready for Jira Data Center with deep integration into existing Jira menus. Most of these integration points of the on-prem version do not work for Jira Cloud based on the limitations of Atlassian Forge: just an entry on the left menu as a project page and under the top menu "App" seems to be possible.
