Inspiration
We wanted to make a tactile story book for kids, and one of us dreamed about a pet cat.
What it does
You can stroke Willie (the pet cat), prepare its food, and feed it.
How we built it
We used Android Studio and the Tanvas SDK.
Challenges we ran into
Working with new hardware and SDK, compatibility across multiple platforms, untraceable app crashes.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We managed to create our own textures, ate a lot of cookies and drank a lot of Diet Coke.
What we learned
That this is an exciting time to be alive -the technology is superb.
