In a times where we are forced to self isolation our body and our mind are facing an unnatural different routine. This rapid change involved a series of physical and mental problems for everyone. People are forced to face the loneliness and all the things that this new state includes.

Our solution aims to help all the people that due to the new routine are facing anxiety issues.Researches demonstrate that after the first anxiety attack is it possible to recognize and prevent the future attacks, usually from 2 to 5 minutes before. It is also proven that the people affected by anxiety issues can control and overcome them focusing on simple activities that involve the five senses.

We didn’t want to create a medial solution, but a supporter, as if it was a friend. Our app solution consist in a path of three simple activities that keep busy the user and let him focus on something else in order to overcome the attack.
