TOGETHER is a marketplace that supports small businesses and drives them to a positive action with the help of volunteers, and collaboration with other businesses. We motivate the business owner to request help from professional volunteer. The platform matches a business that needs help from a person who is willing to help in his areas of knowledge, experience, and expertise. the business owner can also request for collaborations from other businesses listed on the platform to leverage existing resources and create synergy in service, production sales, etc.The platform matches businesses interested in collaborations

How we built it

investigate the problems of the small businesses brainstormed using Creative Thinking models - Skamper and Blue Ocean formulated the solution and translated it into Scenarios, processes, and screens designed the screens and created a working demo communicated with the developers to test technological feasibility. Developers have started to build the app development database. consulted with expert mentors who opened new perspectives on the project formulated directions for a business model and go to market

Challenges we ran into

We wanted to incorporate App features" future orders" and saw that it didn't fit the concept and wasted time on it The developers in the group wanted to move forward and had to be stopped in order to characterize the product. As a group manager, I had a responsibility to them and I could let them move forward before we really understood the product
