We started with a simple question: What if an AI could call you later and find out what you actually remember?
Since then, we've turned that idea into a working learning companion with active-recall learning sessions, misconception detection, four memory states (Mastered, Fading, Forgotten, and Misconception), a personalized learning dashboard, secure authentication, and CALL-E integration for conversational recall.
One of our biggest realizations while building Synora was that forgetting and misunderstanding aren't the same thing. A learner who forgets a concept needs different help from someone who confidently has the wrong mental model.
We're excited to keep building around that idea.
