UI overhaul + a real live-alert demo
Gave stormwise its own visual identity — light, NWS/NOAA-styled (amber→red severity colors, not a reused dark theme) so it reads as a genuinely different product from its companion project, forecast-fork. Also added natural voice playback, barge-in (ask again to interrupt mid-response), and a demo chip tied to an actual active NWS Severe Thunderstorm Warning — so the "live official alerts" claim isn't just described, it's demonstrable on demand.
Also published a friction log documenting real build issues on Bedrock/AWS — model ID vs. inference-profile ARNs, credential mismatches, and a latency gap worth being upfront about.
