This information is analyzed to determine how positive or negative the feedback is regarding a specific stop.
The information is listed and also displayed in a map format to making it easy to understand for any person that is interested in the data. ( VTA, stop maintenance crew, community members, local businesses, other riders, etc.)
There is an option for the VTA to provide feedback.
