Accomplishments that we are proud of: Integrating insights from HCPs at NYPH to deliver an innovative solution. A group of H4B and NYPH volunteers working collaboratively.

What we learned: Technology can be leveraged to strengthen the connection between NYPH personnel and the patients they serve.

What's next for StayPal Patient Experience: Full development of the platform and ongoing enhancements and rolling out across all hospital units.
