Inspiration

With the advent of Digital DJ'ing, performers are required to look at their laptops or CDJ screens. Spatial Selector (XRDJ) allows a performer to mix using Spatial Audio, freeing them from the limits of traditional stereo and reconnecting their performance and stage presence with a lively audience.

What it does

Using Spatial Audio mixing, Spatial Selector (XRDJ) allows a DJ to perform using 3D audio.

Mixes are composed using a Magic Leap headset. They can be reproduced spatially using Bose's AR devices or Ford's SDL using the car's orientation, allowing a listener to perform their own mix.
