Major progress: Fixed the backend distributionStatus metadata crash. Restored preview saving and song metadata updates. Confirmed new song uploads work. Confirmed preview timing saves and applies correctly. Confirmed uploaded covers display in Dashboard. Updated frontend service worker caching to avoid stale frontend files. Set up the new Backblaze B2 production bucket path. Created a restricted B2 application key for production media. Preserved old B2 settings for legacy media migration. Confirmed new B2 uploads are working. Improved Dashboard/Admin separation. Kept drafts private so new uploads do not appear publicly until published. Confirmed public Home/Search only shows published songs. Identified publish button UX issue for cleanup. Identified River carousel grouping issue for randomization. Planned safe old-B2-to-new-B2 migration. Planned artist-controlled pricing and bundle offers. Continued shaping SoulSynce Live as a future streamer/music support layer. What evolved: SoulSynce is no longer just a music upload site. It is becoming a protected music platform with artist dashboards, private drafts, previews, full-song protection, song pages, artist worlds, admin review, B2-backed media storage, and a path toward real ownership and payments. Core direction stayed the same: Real Music. No Shorts. Own It.
