Since this version, Buddy has been substantially redesigned with:
- Clear local-first and Enhanced Conversation controls
- Explicit consent and minimized data sharing
- Stronger safety boundaries and crisis routing
- Persistent, easier-to-find voice controls
- Hold-to-talk and release-to-send interaction
- Typed conversations with optional spoken replies
- Full-reply playback
- Recovery-specific explanations and connected quick actions
- Improved mobile layout, branding, and accessibility
