Inspiration
My friends and I always get into that struggle of finding someone that will take our shift if we suddenly can't attend to it, that process may take more than 1 hour until you find the co-worker that is able to do it. Now from the other side: sometimes I have free time, and being able to make some extra money in that time would be great, so when someone needs a replacement, I can do the extra shift, help a friend and get money for the work.
How it works
There is a calendar of work days and shifts schedule, if I can't attend the shift, I simply tap a button, the app sends notifications and shows that the shift is empty. Now anyone who wants to attend the shift instead of me, taps the button and as soon as the manager confirms the change (Using our management panel), the user gets a notification, attend to the shift and earns the money for it.
