I conceived, designed, and developed ScholarAI from the ground up. My contributions included identifying the problem, conducting user research, defining the product strategy, designing the user experience and interface, developing the platform, integrating Gemini-powered AI workflows, creating the opportunity matching framework, building the onboarding and waitlist experience, testing user journeys, and preparing the project for launch.
