Inspiration

Driving or traveling on road is sometimes dangerous due to uncertainty on situations ahead as well as lack of assistance in case of a problem on the road in this covid19 times

What it does

A GPS based software Application where Road users can inform each other on the Road status and Request Emergency Services real time at a click of a button.

How I built it

(The solution can be used as an App on a Smartphone or Tablet or installed on Android Auto Devices to work alongside car tracking and navigation solutions. The solution has a backing support of Customer care hotline, social media and email)

Challenges I ran into

Covid19 caused curfews and lock downs that broke the data collection process

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

1000 Active daily Users in Kenya and 12000 users globally Rated 4.9 on Google Play Store by 62 satisfied Pilot test users

Recruited 2 Auto Ambulance, Tow-Truck and Break-down and Recovery services providers in Nairobi.

Finalist in the Nairobi Innovation Challenge; “Innovating for the Big 4 Agenda”
