About RescueRoute AI

RescueRoute AI is an AI-assisted disaster-safe navigation platform designed to help people make safer travel decisions during emergencies. It combines environmental information, disaster alerts, route information, and nearby emergency facilities to help users understand potential risks before choosing a route.

Unlike traditional navigation systems that primarily focus on distance and travel time, RescueRoute AI focuses on route safety and disaster awareness. Its explainable risk assessment helps users understand why a route may require extra caution.

The project aims to support disaster preparedness, improve emergency awareness, and contribute to climate resilience through intelligent geospatial technology.

Our vision: Make navigation more safety-aware when disasters strike.
