This animation is part of a project I did with my pet rats. I trained them to stand on a metal sheet and press one of three conductive buttons atop a miniature counter. These buttons were wired up to a Makey Makey Circuit Board, which connected to my computer; when my rats touched the buttons with their hands, they completed the circuit (with no danger to them!), triggering one of three animations on the computer depending on which button they pressed. As the animation played, they received the corresponding treat; shown here is the one for Cheerios.
