Inspiration
We noticed how much time people waste physically waiting at hospitals, clinics, salons, restaurants, and other services. We wanted to turn waiting time into usable time.
What it does
QFlow lets users discover nearby places, check ratings and live crowd status, join a digital queue remotely, track their position, and receive a notification when their turn is near.
How we built it
We designed QFlow as a mobile-first platform with location-based discovery, digital tokens, queue tracking, notifications, ratings, reviews, and a business dashboard. The platform is designed to support real-time queue data and smart waiting-time predictions.
Challenges we ran into
The biggest challenges were designing a queue system that is simple for customers and useful for businesses, estimating waiting times, and creating a smooth experience across different types of services.

We transformed a common everyday problem into a scalable multi-industry solution that connects customers and businesses while focusing on one valuable resource: time.
What we learned
We learned that a strong startup isn't only about technology. It starts with understanding a real problem, designing around users, validating assumptions, and creating a sustainable business model.
What's next for QFlow
Our next step is to pilot QFlow with local businesses, collect real customer feedback, improve waiting-time prediction, and expand from clinics, salons, and restaurants to hospitals, banks, and other high-footfall services.
