PulseOps has reached a major milestone with the completion of its core analytics and executive dashboard experience on Tableau Cloud.
In the latest iteration, I introduced an Executive SLA Status layer that translates raw SLA metrics into clear operational signals - SAFE, AT RISK, and CRITICAL - enabling leaders to instantly understand system health without deep analysis. This enhancement shifts PulseOps from traditional reporting to actionable, decision-ready analytics.
The solution now includes: SLA % trend analysis to monitor performance over time Order volume trends to understand demand pressure An Executive Pulse dashboard designed for clarity and rapid decision-making A fully recorded demo video showcasing real-world usage and insights
The project is now focused on submission polish, documentation, and evaluation readiness. Upcoming work includes refining the Devpost submission narrative and outlining potential future enhancements such as predictive SLA forecasting and automated alerts.
