Inspiration

I was inspired because I wanted to create a platform, people could easily be able to invest in properties. I started working on this project since last year April without bolt, and I realized I could try using bolt to build this and it turned out fine. Several sleepless nights, mosquito bites(in search of network and electricity) I finally did it.

What it does

Propady is a Web3-powered RWA (Real-World Asset) marketplace and crowdinvesting platform that allows users to invest in real estate and infrastructure projects using blockchain technology

How we built it

Using bolt.new; I ran a couple of prompts that;

• Built the UI
• integrated blockchain with the aid of an API that serves as the backend of things
• chose the base crypto currency for transactions with an already installed marketplace template

• created a portfolio to see owned properties and added function such as sell or buy

• added more functionalities like tokenization and crowdfunding , of properties

• added mapping with OpenStreetmap api

• added signing in via wallet

Challenges we ran into

Probably would be building the project. Cause it kept crashing

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I was able to build this MVP, despite I thought it was going to be very complex
