Inspiration

Create an aspirin, not a vitamin. People will pay and adopt more quickly if you v=create something to take away their pain versus doing something that is good for them, but they don't necessarily need. When you think of planning medical appts, it often takes many weeks to get in to see a doctor. Integrating AI/ML to get ahead of the curve and have your AI assistant do it for you in advance, and plan the best time according to your schedule and life patterns whats time/days work best around your life.

only had 4 people and no hackers. we taught ourself wireframing and Figma all in one day

making a working prototype without any code skills, the design and layout of our app, and the complexity of our app.
