Important Note for Judges
Thank you for taking the time to evaluate Prepify AI.
All core features of the platform are fully functional on the live URL — including the AI-powered note summariser, quiz generator, study schedule generator, academic risk predictor, GPA tracker, focus session manager, AI chat assistant, academic calendar, and the multi-channel smart notification system.
There is one known limitation on the live deployment: direct PDF and document file upload is currently affected by a platform-level storage authentication issue on MeDo's production server. This is not a code, logic, or AI error — all document processing, OCR fallback logic, and API integrations are correctly implemented and fully verified working in the development environment. The issue has been reported to the MeDo support team.
How to Test All AI Features
This limitation does not prevent you from experiencing the full intelligence and depth of Prepify AI. Simply use the built-in Add Note button available on the Notes page to input content directly — all AI features work perfectly from there.
Here is how:
- Navigate to the Notes page on the live URL
- Click the green Add Note button in the top right corner
- Enter a title and paste any lecture text, article, or STEM academic content into the text field
- Save the note
- Click the AI button on the note card to generate a full structured summary with headings, key concepts, topics, difficulty level, and exam relevance score
From the same note you can also:
- Click Generate Quiz to create an interactive MCQ or true/false quiz with immediate feedback and performance analysis
- Navigate to the Study Scheduler and generate a personalised weekly study plan based on your content and deadlines
- Open the AI Chat page and ask questions grounded in your note content — the assistant responds with source citations from your own text
- Visit the Risk Predictor to see how the platform analyses academic performance patterns and flags at-risk courses
All of these features are live, functional, and powered by the OpenAI API on the deployed URL right now.
The Add Note option is not a workaround — it was always a core feature of Prepify AI, designed to give students full flexibility in how they input their academic content regardless of file format or availability.
