PPOS — Prototype Production Operating System has reached another major stage in its evolution.

The latest certified milestones include:

  • PPOS-2001–2100: Practical Registry Foundation
  • PPOS-2101–2200: Dependency Execution
  • PPOS-2201–2300: Transactional Workflow Orchestration
  • PPOS-2301–2400: Evidence and Release Governance
  • PPOS-2401–2500: Policy Enforcement and Deployment Control
  • PPOS-2501–2600: Production Observability and Incident Recovery

  • Deterministic dependency-aware execution
  • Four-cell asynchronous processing
  • Atomic checkpoint and resume
  • Transactional workflow orchestration
  • Tamper-evident SHA-256 evidence records
  • Trusted-operator certification gates
  • Deployment authorization and rollback readiness
  • Production health and telemetry validation
  • Incident containment and recovery controls
  • Fail-closed handling for missing or invalid prerequisites
  • Dynamic and untrusted code remains disabled for safety

Every milestone is generated, tested, validated, certified, and checkpointed to GitHub before development advances.

PPOS-2501–2600 completed with:

  • 100 subsystems verified
  • 10 tests passed
  • 100 checkpoints successfully reused
  • Health: PASS
  • Telemetry: HEALTHY
  • Recovery: VALIDATED

Next milestone: PPOS-2601–2700

PPOS is steadily evolving from a collection of production agents into a dependable operating system for coordinating the complete Prototype film-production pipeline across Blender, Houdini, Unreal Engine, and USD.
