- Incident containment and recovery controls
- Fail-closed handling for missing or invalid prerequisites

Every milestone is generated, tested, validated, certified, and checkpointed to GitHub before development advances.

PPOS is steadily evolving from a collection of production agents into a dependable operating system for coordinating the complete Prototype film-production pipeline across Blender, Houdini, Unreal Engine, and USD.
