Inspiration

Inspired from designers out there that create weather apps as a way to exhibit skills - but no one seems to have done anything with AI yet.

What it does

Poncho has new graphics & new text to describe the weather all the time.

How we built it

Challenges we ran into

Time Constraints, Coming late to the event, not having teammates (but did get help from friendly folks! thank you!)

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Being able to get the basic look, and using Ai in a subtle/elegant way.

What we learned

Hard to control outcomes with AI, and being open to happy mistakes.

What's next for Poncho - Ai Weather Forecasting

Would love to be able to pull up localized events and suggestions using an event API like Viator, Eventbrite, and using generic suggestion from text gen AI (e.g. like "fly a kite!")
