posted an update —

We just wrapped a focused update pass on PlanLift ahead of submission — mostly real bugs that were quietly breaking the live-editing experience, plus a visual pass on the parts people touch first.

What's new

AI Furnishing, clearly labeled "AI Furnish" is now "AI Furnishing" everywhere in the app, with a "Powered by NVIDIA Nemotron" badge right inside the panel, so it's clear which model is doing the actual furniture-planning work.

Fixed: Sketchfab search returning non-downloadable models The manual asset search in AI Furnishing was missing a filter the main search already had, so it could surface 3D models that failed the moment you tried to bring them into the scene. Fixed.

Label Rooms, redesigned The Label Rooms tab now explains why labeling matters — it's what AI Furnishing and the Isaac Sim AI Agent use to know what's where — in clearer type, plus a full visual pass on the room cards: color-coded accents, cleaner swatches, icon-style locate buttons.

Isaac Sim AI Agent panel: smarter instructions, visible state The in-sim agent panel now documents its "current view" feature directly in its own instructions (say "in the current view" and it places things where the camera is actually looking), and shows a live Rooms: line listing exactly which rooms are labeled — no more guessing what the agent can see.

Fixed: Isaac Sim sessions never actually closing Closing the browser tab was supposed to close the matching Isaac Sim session, but the backend route for that didn't exist — so sessions kept running in the background, and reopening "Open in Isaac Sim" would resume stale state instead of starting fresh. Sessions now close properly.

Fixed: Property panel reappearing on every reload A debugging leftover was force-showing Isaac Sim's Property panel on every extension reload with nothing to hide it again afterward. Cleaned up — it only shows when you actually open it.

Housekeeping

Also did a full cleanup pass on the public repo: removed a hardcoded API key, added a proper .gitignore, and reorganized the backend, frontend, and Isaac Sim Kit extension into one clean structure, with a README that documents exactly where and how NVIDIA Nemotron (via Nebius Token Factory) gets called.
