Inspiration

We consider SWVL as a social community and the customers that are using the services on daily basis riding with the same fellow customers on daily basis should feel secure and reliable. We will identify the potential bad actors that are affecting the SWVLERS journey. We believe that SWVL community should make a difference in terms of community building.

What it does

The peer to peer architecture will analyse the travlers behavior and identify good/bad actors on the basis of the feedback given by the fellow travelers. The system will reward the travelers with loyalty points so they could make a difference in SWVL community. The system will also use the interest details of the the travelers so we can suggest the relevant people to each other for a pleasant journey.

How we built it

We build it by keeping in mind the security of the travels and the cross verification by SWVL captain. Tools we used: Backend: NodeJS, ExpressJS, MongoDB FrontEnd: Android Studio, Design: Sigma, AI

Challenges we ran into

We faced the challenge to address the possible questions to be asked from the travelers and cross verification process from the captain. How frequent the fellow customer will be traveling again with you. Our algorithm will help us to identify this.

The proposed solution helped us to make SWVL community & travel industry better and more safer.

We hope that our proposed solution will be a game changer for the commune based travel industry and will help make mobility more pleasant.
