Over the past month, PACTI has advanced from product and BizOps development into focused market validation.
Key developments:
• Submitted our application to the 2026 Ben Franklin Big Idea Contest • Began exploring a Penn State Behrend capstone collaboration focused on cohort management and outcomes reporting • Continued outreach to apprenticeship programs, workforce organizations, employers, and school systems • Added Elkhart County, Indiana, as a secondary manufacturing-market validation track while maintaining Erie construction as our beachhead • Strengthened the PACTI platform’s ability to manage participant intake, assessments, career matching, apprenticeship progression, placement, and verified outcomes
Our immediate priority is securing a live pilot with a clearly defined cohort, internal owner, launch date, measurement plan, and pathway to payment.
PACTI is becoming more than a workforce platform—it is emerging as the operating infrastructure that helps organizations move people from potential to measurable career outcomes.
