We’ve upgraded the PACTI admin experience from a basic operations dashboard into a live commercial and workforce control center.
New additions include:
Live MRR and ARR visibility
Plan-level revenue breakdown
Commercial attention alerts
Workforce funnel tracking
Read-only plan catalog
Deeper workspace navigation
The goal is simple: give PACTI leadership one place to understand customer growth, licensing, workforce activity, and operational risk.
We’re currently holding publication until authenticated QA is complete across admin access, mobile layouts, revenue calculations, and workspace detail views.
Next milestone: complete the final Sprint 2 QA pass and publish the upgraded BizOps experience.
