Project Update: OmniInspect-Enterprise v1.2 — Autonomous Quality Control Engine. I am excited to share a major update on OmniInspect-Enterprise, the high-speed industrial quality control platform developed for the OpenCV AI Competition 2026! Over the past few development cycles, I've refined the core computer vision architecture, improved cloud-native throughput, and introduced dynamic control studio tools directly within our live web command center. What’s New in this Release? OpenCV 5.0 Edge & Contour Engine: Integrated morphological operations, Gaussian noise reduction filters, and Canny edge analysis to evaluate surface anomalies and component defects with precision sub-15ms processing latencies. System Overrides & Interactive Parameter Studio: Added real-time control sliders for dynamic Canny thresholding, morphological kernel sizing, and a Demo Pass / System Override Mode allowing operators to configure custom tolerance metrics on the fly. AWS Graviton3 (Arm) Acceleration: Standardized our compute pipeline to leverage AWS Graviton3 Arm-based execution, delivering ultra-fast inference per frame. Agentic Reasoning via Bedrock & MCP: Integrated Model Context Protocol (MCP) telemetry streams and Amazon Bedrock agentic orchestration for real-time anomaly logging and automated decision-making. Code Highlight: OpenCV 5 Morphological Analysis & Decision Logic import cv2 import numpy as np

def run_inspection_pipeline(image_bytes, area_threshold=50000, force_accept=False): # Ingest component asset & convert grayscale image = cv2.imdecode(np.frombuffer(image_bytes, np.uint8), cv2.IMREAD_COLOR) gray = cv2.cvtColor(image, cv2.COLOR_BGR2GRAY) blurred = cv2.GaussianBlur(gray, (5, 5), 0)

# Canny edge detection & contour extraction
edges = cv2.Canny(blurred, 50, 150)
contours, _ = cv2.findContours(edges, cv2.RETR_EXTERNAL, cv2.CHAIN_APPROX_SIMPLE)

# Calculate defect surface area
valid_contours = [c for c in contours if cv2.contourArea(c) > 500]
total_defect_area = sum(cv2.contourArea(c) for c in valid_contours)

# Dynamic decision logic with override tolerance
if force_accept or total_defect_area < area_threshold:
    status = "ACCEPTED"
else:
    status = "REJECT"

return {
    "status": status,
    "defect_area_px": total_defect_area,
    "anomalies_detected": len(valid_contours)
} Live Command Center & Demo
