Bio-data is captivating, as it offers a distinctive means of understanding individuals. Unlike conventional forms of identification like names or birthdates, EEG is intrinsic to each person and can't be replicated or altered. Neuro Art is interactive media to visually represents the beautiful intersection between brain stimulus, human data, and the relationship between the body and art.

Neuro Art is a mixed-reality experience that combines dynamic paintings utilizing EEG signals with personalized AI-guided meditation to create immersive journeys, visually representing the intersection of biodata and art.

Our project encodes EEG from prompt-based meditation stimuli, feeding it into the TouchDesigner software. The data is then cleaned and manipulated to enable transformation of numerical data into graphic interfaces, influencing form and geometry parameters to process visual to interactive experiences. Simultaneously, a ML model generates personalized meditation audio. Unity serves as a hub to marry AI audio with brain painting for a final, restorative journey.

For our prototype, we utilized g-tech headband given its capabilities, UDP built up connection protocol, and signal amplification factor; Using Bandpower to determine Delta, Theta, and Alpha waves due to their correlation with revitalizing sleep cycles and the association with unwinding brain stages. Visuals show brain waves as moving nature waves, turning meditation stages into a fluid graphic, which represents the strength and type of brain activity of a person.
