Inspiration
Climate change affects all our lives and poses an existential threat for our future. We need to act now and empower people to take steps towards a sustainable future. We are passionate about mobility
What it does
Our app raises awareness about the problem of the 21st century. We show the users how they are affected by the environment and how they are affecting it themselves. By providing information about the risks and challenges of fighting climate change we strive to build towards a better future. The app makes use of publicly available data provided local governments, making the impact of global warming on local communities tangible. By providing data on the influence of each one on climate change we provide offsetting opportunities with global companies as well as nudges towards more sustainable behavior.
How we built it
We used a user-centric design process. We built an MVP vision and distributed tasks and coordinated our efforts continuously.
Challenges we ran into
Putting data on a map is difficult. The quality of provided public data was an issue.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We started with the expectation of building something that will be used by people and enrich their lives and achieved that goal.

What's next for movement-zero
Since global warming affects everyone the movement needs to spread around the globe, amplifying its impact.
