What it does

The NFT collection is a set of unique digital assets that represent a piece of Miami's Web3 culture and a mainstay - Miami NFT Week. Each NFT in the collection is unique and cannot be duplicated, making it a valuable digital asset to own. By owning an NFT from the collection, individuals can show their support and passion for Miami NFT Week and the city's continuous drive for innovation while also having a piece of digital art that is truly one-of-a-kind. Additionally, owning an NFT from this collection may also hold potential utility in the future through different initiatives we are currently planning. Overall, the collection allows individuals to own a piece of Miami's Web3 future in a unique and innovative way.

How we built it

To create this NFT collection, Crossmint was used as the platform for minting and selling the NFTs. Generative AI was then utilized to create unique designs for each NFT in the collection. The generative AI was given various prompts that generated NFTs of different mediums, allowing it to create unique designs that captured the power of Web3 and generative AI. Once the designs were created, they were then minted onto the Crossmint platform, allowing individuals to purchase and own a piece of Miami's Web3 culture in the form of a unique digital asset. Overall, the combination of Crossmint and generative AI allowed for the creation of a one-of-a-kind NFT collection that is destined to be airdropped to Miami NFT Week attendees for free.

Challenges we ran into

There are several challenges that we faced while building this NFT collection using Crossmint and generative AI. Some of these challenges include:

Technical Issues:

We faced various technical issues during the implementation of Crossmint and while running the base image through the generative AI. We were new to minting on Crossmint so there was a learning curve trying to mint the NFT collection via the platform. We also had some issues with the generative AI as we were getting results that we were not satisfied with.

Overall, while we faced some challenges, with careful planning and execution, we ensured the success of the NFT collection.
