ManagerGym 1.2.0 — Release Candidate Update

ManagerGym 1.2.0 is now at release-candidate stage.

Since my last update, I completed:

  • Coach V1 with deterministic post-workout feedback
  • Stronger Alternatives and recovery coaching
  • Practice Next recommendations
  • Voice Mode using on-device text-to-speech
  • Today's Leadership Rep iOS Home Screen widget
  • Leadership Momentum Home Screen and supported Lock Screen widgets

The widget system is designed to be offline-first and privacy-conscious, using local App Group storage with no analytics or cloud AI dependency.

Release QA

  • flutter analyze — clean
  • flutter test — 419/419 passed
  • Native iOS tests — 13/13 passed
  • Android release build — successful
  • iOS release build — successful

The ManagerGym 1.2.0 release candidate is prepared.

Remaining before release:

  • Signed TestFlight validation
  • Physical iPhone widget QA
  • Final release smoke testing
  • Store submission

Getting very close to shipping this next major ManagerGym update.
