Build started: LT AgriOS V1.0

Today LT AgriOS moves from product planning into implementation.

The V1.0 target is a mobile-first Android farm operating system distributed through Google Play. It will follow a crop from planning and land preparation through fertilization, irrigation, pest control, harvest, post-harvest, finance, and produce marketing.

The first implementation milestone will establish:

  • An Expo React Native and TypeScript Android foundation
  • Supabase authentication, Postgres, Storage, explicit grants, and row-level security
  • An offline-first farm → field → crop cycle → plan → task workflow
  • GODWINN AI through a provider-neutral gateway connected to Gemini on Vertex AI
  • Agriculture-only AI guardrails, source and confidence display, visible disclaimers, and authorized-user confirmation
  • RevenueCat and Google Play Billing groundwork for paid closed testing
  • A product-evidence trail for builds, screenshots, API usage, guardrail tests, and redacted Gemini execution logs

The launch crop set remains rice, maize, wheat, soybean, tomato, potato, banana, and sugar cane. Global Core recordkeeping is planned for approved Play countries, with the Philippines as the first regulated country pack.

Farmers remain in control: AI will be recommendation-only and cannot bypass safety policy or take irreversible farm or business actions without an authorized user's confirmation.

What is true today: the V1.0 PDS, engineering blueprint, release tracker, monetization design, and safety boundaries are defined, and the repository now has a dedicated product-evidence folder. There is not yet a running product, live Gemini execution, production users, or revenue.

I will post verified progress as each build milestone becomes real—without presenting plans or placeholders as completed product evidence.
