KaseChar Biochar dMRV has now progressed from a research-backed concept into a working, publicly documented prototype. We have implemented a PDD-driven monitoring workspace that translates project requirements into structured monitoring plans, activity records, evidence coverage, gap detection, automated reporting, and a server-controlled review-support package. Gemini is live for source-grounded document interpretation, while deterministic controls ensure that unsupported USER_ASSERTION records cannot satisfy material evidence requirements or override project status. The platform now includes provenance tracking, integrity metadata, an auditable activity timeline, controlled demo evidence, responsive workflows, 39/39 passing tests, security validation, public product evidence, and a complete GitHub release. The next focus is the final demo video, pitch deck, and hackathon presentation.
