Update since submission: I've shipped a few updates to Graphica Playground.
1.2 adds a Learn tab with short, hands-on Metal lessons. You start with a slider, then fill in part of an expression, and only at the end write the whole thing. Some steps let you pick or arrange pieces instead of typing, which is much easier on a phone. Your image is graded against the target, a difference map shows where they differ, and common mistakes get specific feedback. When you finish, you can open your result in the editor and tune it. The first 2 lessons (coordinates, circles & rings) are free. Soft light and noise are Pro, and I'll add new Pro lessons every two weeks.
1.1 brought full Japanese localization, Japan-specific pricing, and more varied on-device generation with Apple Foundation Models.
1.2.1 (in review) polishes the export screen and shows when the on-device model has finished downloading.
Thanks for running Shipaton! Building the paywall made me think hard about what's worth paying for, and that's how Learn came about.
