I uploaded to GitHub the Mathematic notebook "WL-notebooks/WirVsVirus-hackathon-Multi-site-SEI2R-over-a-hexagonal-grid-graph.nb".
To run the notebook only internet connection should suffice.
In that notebook I am using the Germany city data given in the file: "dfGermanyCityRecords.csv".
