Demo polish + abuse protection + a friction log
Gave the demo UI a proper branded header (logo, tagline, tech badges), upgraded the voice playback to a more natural voice, and added barge-in — asking again, pressing the mic, or tapping the orb now immediately interrupts in-progress speech instead of letting it talk over the next response.
Also added rate limiting to protect against API abuse if this ever runs publicly (every route can trigger a billed Bedrock/Google call), and published a friction log documenting real build issues — Bedrock model IDs vs. inference-profile ARNs, credential mismatches, and the latency gap against Alexa+'s round-trip target.
