Inspiration

Tashkent is booming, yet entrepreneurs lose millions on suboptimal locations. BusinessRadar was born to replace intuition with Spatial AI. We created a tool that actively interprets the city’s commercial pulse to eliminate investment risks and maximize urban potential.

What it does

BusinessRadar is a high-performance Urban Intelligence Platform designed for surgical decision-making:

  • Smart Site Scoring | Instant AI Viability Score (0-10) based on foot traffic and demographics.
  • Opportunity Heatmap | High-contrast data overlay identifying "Gold Zones" vs. saturated markets.
  • Vibe Analytics | AI-driven district classification (e.g., Gen Z Hub vs. Corporate Center) for brand alignment.
  • AI Consultant Sidebar | Real-time advisor providing deep competitive insights and revenue forecasting.

How we built it

Engineered for speed and geospatial precision using a premium tech stack:

  • Frontend: Next.js 13 + Tailwind CSS + Framer Motion (Glassmorphism UI).
  • Data Engine: OpenStreetMap (OSM) integrated with custom SQL via Bolt.
  • Intelligence: Custom spatial algorithms and Gravity Models for urban flow calculation.
  • Visuals: Leaflet for geo-rendering and Recharts for analytical dashboards.

Challenges we ran into

  • Data Fragmentation: Normalized raw, chaotic urban data into a production-ready engine.
  • Latency Optimization: Re-engineered calculation cycles to provide zero-lag feedback on the map.
  • Cultural Tuning: Iteratively adjusted AI weights to accurately reflect Tashkent’s unique district nuances.
