## What Inspired Us HealthWISE supports thousands of people across regional NSW — but behind the scenes, their fleet of 14 vehicles was being managed with shared Outlook calendars, paper logbooks, and spreadsheets scattered across 6 offices. Double bookings happened. Fuel receipts got lost in filing cabinets. Compliance deadlines were tracked in someone's head. We saw a real problem affecting real community health workers, and we knew we could fix it in a hackathon weekend.

What We Built

FleetOps is a role-based progressive web app with two experiences in one codebase:

🚗 Driver — mobile-first, 5-tab app for booking vehicles, logging trips, and capturing fuel receipts
🖥️ Admin — desktop dashboard for fleet visibility, compliance tracking, and cost reporting

Key features:

Smart booking with real-time conflict detection across all offices
Trip logbook that works offline — critical for drivers in low-connectivity regional areas
AI-powered fuel receipt capture — snap a photo, Azure AI Document Intelligence extracts station, litres, amount, and cost centre automatically
Compliance dashboard with traffic-light status for rego, insurance, and servicing
Privacy-first fleet map — shows planned destinations, never real-time driver location

From gathering ideas and start to the last code pushed before final deployment. I worked under the guidance of Marmi to form and lead my team , pushed placeholder code, implemented backend on the first day and set up placeholders (made decision as a team for tech selection), set up Azure Architecture (with guidance and feedbacks from Marmi and Jesse from Arinco) , created resources and made a deployment pipeline, and converted the typescript code written for phone interface by Tai and Duc and used their ideas , to React 18 overnight , and implemented UI for desktop and iPad. Used brainstormed ideas by the Asish and the team to add features in the second day. Reviewed every PR. And implemented the AI chat (made by Robin) into the Admin console, and added solution so that the AI knows our solution and database , and implemented guardrails to it, and fixed the final UI bug of login page after an update. And made the Last push so it’s ready for final deployment. Learnt a lot throughout the process. From judges as well as from everyone. thank you everyone for supporting our team to make FleetOps possible. And kudos to my own fleet of 3 agents and 25+ sub agents. We DELIVERED. It was one big learning experience of a lifetime.

understanding the real problems behind HealthWISE's current process. I also built the AI features including an AI chatbot and other intelligent automations that work silently in the background. Most of what I used during this hackathon was new to me. I kept learning throughout the entire 30 hours and shipped things I had never built before.
