Inspiration
Research showing that people feel they're not getting enough feedback with recruiters.
What it does
It provides feedback for the candidate based on a profile and compared to a job description. Both profile and description are broken down into different skills and personalities. The two are then compared for compatibility. It's like a matchmaker for companies and candidates.
How we built it
We sketched out ideas, flows, app states. Then wire-framing, then prototyping.
Challenges we ran into
Coming up with a rating system, coming up with ways to stay truthful without being hurtful. Making sure the app is empathetic.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Built forms, flow charts, created new design patterns for recruitment.
What we learned
To start a problem, and use research. Always focus on the user.
