Inspiration
Each year during Hajj, several food supplement companies and persons, volunteer to offer food to the hujjaj. But without arrangement, sometimes, some areas got more food than it needs and that cause a quite amount of waste, wherein another hand, some areas got exactly the opposite.
What it does
Haneeaan website registers the volunteers and parties and organizes the charity food supplement by specifying the time, place, quantity, and type of food.
How we built it
Using asp.net and c# in Visual Studio for the web-pages, SQL Server for the databases the code od all new
Challenges we ran into
Not all of us knows how to program using asp.net, and even the ones who do have limited knowledge and experience working with it; which actually two months and self-learned.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
The idea itself, where we can not only manage the food supplement but the wastes caused by bad management of delivering food in huge amounts with no actual need.
What we learned
Technically, we've used some tools that we have never used before, and we used the Arabic language in the database and the programming with asp.net. But the most important thing we learned as a team is, to get to know the programming languages for making websites, mobile applications, and drones for the future.
What's next for Electric Shockers
Attending the next hackathon with more knowledge and experience and the same goal we came this time with; to help the hujjaj with our knowledge and make their Hajj experience easier and unforgettably magnificent.
