Judge Quick Start — Updated
Small update before judging Starts:
I’ve simplified the getting-started path in the repo so it’s easier to run and test EditOS and remove any issues and easy to test In a minute!
** Quick start**
- Python 3.11+
- FFmpeg
- Clone the repo
- Run
download.sh - Install dependencies
- Start with
run.sh
** API keys** EditOS supports OpenAI-compatible providers, and free-tier options are available for testing. You can also choose your LLM and VLM separately from the UI.
** Fastest way to test** Upload a few clips and try:
“Make a 45-second product reel. Remove dead air, add captions, choose suitable BGM, and export MP4.”
Then try:
“Replace the BGM, keep everything else the same.”
The goal is to let you get from clone → running editor → real MP4 with as little setup friction as possible.
