Update: LastMileConnect matching logic is live in our prototype!
We've built out the core matching engine — the app now groups riders arriving at the same station and heading in the same direction into groups of 2-3, then calculates an automatic fare split based on each rider's distance.

Next up: Polishing the UI for the matching screen Adding a "waiting for match" timer so riders know how long to expect Building out our demo dataset for the pitch
Still early days, but seeing the matching simulation work end-to-end for the first time was a great milestone. More updates soon as we get closer to demo day!
