Feature Update: Multi-Agent AI System for Floor Plan Parsing & Material Estimation
Implemented a two-stage AI Agent architecture using Pydantic AI:
Architectural Vision Agent: Parses floor plan images(png, jpeg) and extracts structured spatial data (rooms, areas, wall lengths, doors, and windows) into validated Pydantic models.
Material Estimator Agent: Consumes the extracted structural data to compute an optimized Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for construction materials, helping prevent over-ordering and reduce site waste.
