Eco Report is about trash piling up in neighborhoods faster than cities can clean it, which hurts people, animals, and rivers. Our fix is simple: people report trash, our members clean it up, and then they get points for prizes. We chose rewards because people want to help but need an easy way to start. What makes us different is we don't just report trash — we make sure it actually gets cleaned. Along the way, it was hard to check if cleanups really happened and to make the rewards fair, and we learned that simple works better than fancy.
